Getting started
It starts with a phone call.
No forms, no assessment, no sales process. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you whether we're the right people for it.
01
Ring, or send a message
Tell us roughly what you need and how your plan is managed. Five or ten minutes. If you'd rather not talk on the phone, write it down and we'll reply the same way.
02
We meet you where you are
Usually at home, because that's where the support happens and where you're comfortable. We talk through what a good week looks like and what has gone wrong with support before.
03
We tell you honestly
Whether we're the right fit, what we can cover, and what we can't. If someone else suits you better we'll say that instead of taking you on.
04
We match you to workers
The same small group each week, chosen to actually suit you. Your preferences get written down so they survive a roster change.
05
We start, and we check back
First few weeks we check in properly rather than waiting for you to complain. If something isn't working, it changes.
Send us a message
Or write it down instead.
Whatever you're comfortable with. We read everything that comes in.

For support coordinators
We take referrals, and we’ll tell you when we can’t.
Send it through and you’ll get a straight answer on capacity and fit, not a holding email. We’re small, so sometimes the honest answer is no, and you’ll get that quickly enough to place the person elsewhere.
