We're a Lake Macquarie business and Newcastle is our back yard. Merewether to Mayfield, Hamilton to Wallsend.
Able is based at Eleebana on Lake Macquarie, so Newcastle isn’t a service area we’ve drawn on a map,it’s where our workers already live and drive. That matters more than it sounds: it’s the difference between a shift someone can reliably get to and one they cancel.
We support adults with community access, personal care and daily living, respite, and support coordination. Same team each week, and a founder who still does coordination herself and answers the phone.
