Recovery coaching
Psychosocial recovery coaching
Support built around a life, not a diagnosis.

Ariana has worked as a recovery coach since 2022 and spent ten years in public health before that. She has a degree in psychology.
Recovery coaching is practical. It's working out what a good week looks like, building toward it, and having someone in your corner on the weeks it doesn't happen. It's also advocacy: being in the room, and following things up until they land.
Some weeks that means goals and structure. Some weeks it means someone who already knows the story so you don't have to tell it again.
Is this you?
If you’re not sure whether this is the right service, or whether your plan covers it, that’s a normal question and it’s a five minute phone call.

What else we do
Community support
Getting out and about
Appointments, the shops, the pool, a coffee, a day in Sydney. Or a quiet afternoon at home with a movie on and a load of washing done while we're there.
Daily living
Support at home
Personal care, routines, meals, medication, getting the day started and finished. Done the way you like it done.
Support coordination
Support coordination
Understanding your plan, finding the right providers, sorting out what's not working, and getting you ready for your next review.
Respite
Respite and short-term support
Short-term and emergency support so family carers get a genuine rest, and the person they care for gets a good few days.

We take the plans from your OT, get it quoted, check the funding is there, and manage the build.
